Freeze Fried Real Fruit

WE STILL USE REAL FRUITS. NO "Natural Flavors", performing a shamefully subpar mockery of mother nature, will be used here. Don't worry about missing out either; you get both flavor and benefits with freeze-dried fruit, since they retain 90-99% of their nutrients.

Strawberry: Perfect in tandem with anything that assists with the Krebs Cycle, as they are naturally high in citric and malic acid. Our dose adds around 75mg of vitamin C per serving, 20-30mcg vitamin B9, 100-200mg potassium, and many other minerals, nutrients, and antioxidants.

Mango Ataulfo: You asked for a sweeter experience. Our new flavor introduces one of the greatest types of mangoes to you, the ataulfo—from the lands of Michoacan, Mexico. Our dose adds around 30mg vitamin C, around 100mg potassium, around 10mg magnesium, and many other minerals, nutrients, and antioxidants. "Flavors" wish they could.

Colima Sea Salt (900mg Sodium Elemental)

Sodium is a primary mineral needed to create energy (ATP), enhance immunity, lower stress, and much more. It's heavily depleted by sweating, so despite the vilification, you need the replenishment! We use naturally sourced, unrefined, plastic/heavy metal free, sea salt from the amazing lands of Colima, Mexico. It's here to replenish the sodium you're losing, along with over 85 other trace minerals given by nature.

Potassium Chloride (590mg Elemental)

Mainly here to help shuttle the high amounts of sodium ions into your cells, so they don't float around aimlessly in your bloodstream. It's needed to prevent cramps, helps muscles function the way they should (including organs), prevents weakness, and stops those weird workout headaches. Training means physical exertion, which causes us to sweat, and since we burn through potassium and sugar quickly, replenishing what's lost before, during, and after working out is a no-brainer.

Magnesium Malate (80mg Elemental)

Magnesium is necessary for more than 3,174 processes in the human body; it's an understatement to say that we absolutely need more of it. We've increased our dose which is enough to replenish what you're sweating and help the sodium:potassium pathways work, but low enough, to not give you a toilet emergency if you're not used to high doses. We chose magnesium malate since it's more bioavailable than other sources, and because malic acid is an important part of the Krebs Acid Cycle to create ATP (great synergy with the strawberries).

Taurine (2g)

Taurine is a powerful osmolyte. It helps balance electrolytes and fluids in and out of cells. A perfect addition to help absorb and use these high amounts of electrolytes, sugar & synergies with the myo-inositol. It also goes way beyond hydration, as its list of benefits is nearly endless: anti-inflammation, bolsters skin health, upregulates neurotrophic factors, helps with "ADHD" symptoms, balances blood pressure (whether it's high or low), protects testes from microplastic toxicity, protects against fluoride toxicity, and so much more.

Myo-Inositol (1g)

Vitamin B8? A sugar? An amino acid? Another of Gods greatest gifts. This is another incredible osmolyte that helps balance electrolytes + fluids, both inside and outside our cells. Seems to synergize/boost effectiveness of taurine. It increases insulin sensitivity, improves glucose uptake, and modulates blood sugar levels as an insulin mimetic, since it balances out the glucose spike with our 10g of cane sugar. It doesn't stop there: It has superb anti-anxiety effects (famously useful for rumination and intrusive thoughts when used sublingually), neurotrophic-upregulation effects (BDNF/GDNF/NGF); it's also essential for osteogenesis (helps bone development/mineral density), it improves thyroid hormone signaling, downregulates cortisol, and it's essential to stem cell development!

Organic Cane Sugar (10g)

You NEED sugar. To thrive, for fuel & to hydrate: Glucose and sodium use the same cotransport mechanism in the small intestine. They go hand in hand for absorption and utilization. When your body's under stress, rehydration shouldn't be a struggle. Sugar makes it easier. Plus, it's delicious. Way better than any sweetener. This sugar mixed with our REAL FREEZE DRIED FRUIT and Colima sea salt? The taste is almost too good to be true.

Calcium Gluconate (20mg Elemental)

A secondary messenger for many cellular signaling pathways, regulates hormone secretion for insulin, downregulates stress hormones like PTH, MAKES your bones and teeth, the list goes on. We've added this small amount to slightly help replenish electrolytes lost. Gluconate because it's been easy on the gut.

It has Sugar?

Yes. Possibly the most vilified ingredient or food in our society.

There is of course, a difference between a snickers bar and a beautiful strawberry.

And I will argue that the healthiest thing in the snickers bar is the sugar, and it's taking the blame for what polyunsaturated fats did.

Sugar is an essential nutrient. It lets your body know it's safe and thriving. It's anti stress, down regulates cortisol and adrenalin. It's incredibly pro-metabolic. Pro-thyroid. It's quick fuel for energy. Energy being not a 5k run, but to "run" life forward in general.

It's your body's favourite, and preferred source of fuel. Everything runs on it. Without it, your body releases stress hormones and looks for ways to turn fat, muscle, and more into sugar.

It's also a NECESSITY for hydration: Sodium and glucose use the same cotransport mechanism in the small intestine to get in to your body (SGLT1). It also makes the rehydration process in your body effortless, which is our main goal. When your body is under stress, from an already dehydrated state, going through dehydration, or through strain (working out), your body will struggle to rehydrate. Sugar makes that struggle not exist.

We could've used "natural" sweeteners like stevia or monk as well. But the problem of a sweetener is that it's just sweet... Your body expects from a sweet signal, some kind of energy, and a sweetener gives nothing.

Sugar is yummy, and gives that sweet signal some fuel too.

What makes your fruit different from 'Natural Flavours'?

Could have around 15 or more grams of powder available if we didn't go through this route, but that's the thing. Your flavored supplements go for flavored powders to cut corners. They're lazy to innovate, excited to please the taste buds of the customer as quick as they can.

Also commonly used in these cases are the so called "natural flavors", which are FAR from natural. The only thing natural about them is that at some point during their whole process, they were natural. They'll start as a poor, humble, strawberry go through some WHO KNOWS WHAT process with who knows how many additives and tricks, to finally end up in your label, as a "natural flavor." Poor thing.

It's a lie. And that's a reason why we'll never use them.

Real fruits are actually nutritious, compared to "flavors". Providing minerals, vitamins, sugars, enzymes, stuff that God created.

Taurine? But isn't that in red bull?!

It is. So are vitamin B3, B5, and B12.

Are those toxic or bad for you just because they're in Red Bull?

The reason Red Bull is often seen as unhealthy isn't taurine. It's that some people consume six or more cans a day—over 1,000 mg of caffeine—push themselves into heart issues, and then, for some reason, blame taurine!!!

It was never the taurine.

In fact, I'd argue the best ingredient in that can is the taurine.

Taurine is an incredible, I like to call, essential non protein building amino acid, with literally endless benefits. It's one of the greatest things that God created to help us "cope" with the very unnatural environment we live in.

It protects against alcohol toxicity, fluoride toxicity, protects the testes against microplastic toxicity, helps modulate blood pressure both up and down, it's an INCREDIBLE anti oxidant, is one of the most abundant amino acids in human breast milk (should tell your common sense something), it's neurotrophic (meaning it literally creates new neurons) & against a common very poor belief, it's not a stimulant, but actually works on the part of the brain that relaxes you, and that's why it's amazing for ADHD, OCD, insomnia, depression & anxiety.

What is Myo-Inositol?

A natural sugar, sometimes mentioned as "Vitamin B8!", that our bodies use as a messenger for insulin and serotonin. It's what helps your cells respond properly, so blood sugar, mood, and hormones can all stay balanced. You'll see it studied a lot for things like PMOS (PCOS), insulin resistance, and anxiety because of that role.

What else can I take with it?

It's delicious with water or eating the clumps like candy.

Euphoric experience with coconut water, more electrolytes, sugar and incredibly delicious.

Some sprinkle it on fruit and yogurt.

My personal favorite is with milk & maple syrup before bed. Perfect fuel for the highly energetic and metabolically active state that sleep is.

How many servings should I take a day?

Most people do great with 1-2 servings daily. Adjust based on your activity level and climate.
