Jarrow Formulas Yucca 4:1 Extract contains the dried, pure juice of the yucca plant and contains more saponins than dried stalk. Saponins are classified as blycosides, and are chemically similar to hormones. Traditionally, Native Americans used the juice of the yucca plant to improve joint health.
Take 1 to 2 capsules per day, or as directed by your qualified health care consultant.
